Location: Remote – Orlando, FL
Pay: $86,080 to $129,120
Bonus: Eligible

Purpose of the JobLead the CD team in the defined city to achieve growth targets, develop and execute annual plans aligned to key accounts and UFS.
Main Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and develop the CD team.
- Strategically target and execute new business prospects (70% operators, 30% distributors).
- Execute UFS Annual Operating Plan and quarterly initiatives.
- Partner with regional restaurant chains, commissaries, and healthcare accounts.
- Develop distributor relationships and marketing programs.
- Manage trade funds investments (distributor marketing & operator purchase programs).
- Born leader delivering regional sales activity plans.
- Strategy guru developing local plans aligned to 2020 strategy and business plans.
- Results‑oriented, evaluated against team sales targets.
- Teacher, coaching the CD team and building talent for future leadership.
- 5+ years sales experience in food service or equivalent.
- Branded execution experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of sales growth.
- High business & financial acumen.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Disciplined execution.
- Coaching and negotiation skills (trade & operator).
- Sales analysis and inspirational leadership.
