Job Description

You will be the Proposal Analyst (Stf) for the Rotary Wing Systems  (RWS) program team. Our team is responsible for delivering winning proposals that drive the success of Lockheed Martin’s rotary‑wing portfolio.

As the Proposal Analyst (Stf) you will lead pricing and proposal activities across USG, FMS, and DCS International bids. You will partner with program, finance, and senior leadership to ensure every submission meets the highest standards of cost, compliance, and technical excellence.

• Develop and manage pricing models for spares, repairs, sustainability, and production proposals using Pro Pricer.
• Coordinate the full proposal lifecycle—from RFP receipt and Proposal Authorization through management‑review and certification.
• Provide audit support and fact‑finding for government reviewers and negotiate terms as needed.
• Facilitate input from divisional stakeholders and maintain compliance with program and corporate processes.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and cross‑functional teams to drive decision‑making.

• US Army customer experience
• Strong knowledge of MFC CSR/Cost Management process
• Experience with IDIQ proposals/contracts
• Attention to detail
• Strong financial/analytical orientation
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead others
• Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems
• Works effectively as individual contributor or as part of team
• Self‑starter; able to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously
• Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
• Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including EFS

This position is in Orlando, FL and offers part‑time remote telework: the employee selected will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
