We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Category Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. This position will work closely with the overall Category Management team and will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing. You will support the development and delivery of strategic, insight-driven recommendations to our retail partners. You will transform data into actionable selling stories that accelerate category and brand growth.

• Analyze and interpret multiple data sources including Circana (IRI/Nielsen), retailer shopper card data, and internal shipment reports to uncover trends and opportunities.
• Develop and write strategic recommendations that influence customer decisions and drive category performance.
• Create compelling, visually engaging presentations that communicate complex insights in a clear, persuasive manner.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Category Management teams to align priorities and execute initiatives.
• Work closely with the broader Category Management team to share best practices and support key projects.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests and category reviews to help shape customer strategies.
• Support new business and evaluate acquisition targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and curiosity for data-driven storytelling.
• Proficiency working across large data sets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build compelling presentations.
• Passion for translating insights into persuasive selling stories.
• Self-starter mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
