Director, Admissions Revenue Strategy

The Director, Admissions Revenue Strategy will own the commercial growth agenda for one of our markets, a regional portfolio of parks within our family of Sea World, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove, Sesame Place and Waterparks brands. They will act as the commercial leader for the market, defining where growth comes from and turning that into a plan the business can execute.

The Director will develop and own the multi-year commercial growth strategy for the market, partner closely with the Park Executive Teams to shape the market’s commercial strategy, and work with Finance, Marketing, Resellers, and other key partners across planning, strategy, and execution.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in commercial strategy, growth strategy, or a similar analytically driven commercial role, with experience setting segment and channel strategy and turning it into measurable results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Track record in commercial strategy, growth strategy or a similar analytically driven commercial role
• Experience setting segment and channel strategy and turning it into measurable results
• Experience leading and developing multiple direct reports
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations for executive leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Comfort working across a matrixed organization and influencing without direct authority
