This Operations Review Specialist position coordinates and supports cross-functional projects within the Department of Children and Families' Office of Child and Family Well-Being Strategic Initiatives Unit. The role requires advanced project management, collaboration, and communication skills to balance multiple competing priorities while managing meetings, developing project charters, facilitating process mapping, and assisting project teams with deliverables.
Key qualifications:- At least 3 years of proven experience working with project teams
- At least 3 years of proven experience implementing new processes or initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of project management best practices and software
- Ability to proactively identify problems and generate solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with diverse audiences
