Senior Change Management Specialist

As our Sr. Change Management Specialist, you will support OUC’s Enterprise Efficiency initiative by guiding the people side of transformation and helping make continuous improvement part of everyday work.

In this role, you will partner with the initiative owner, leaders, and teams across OUC to develop and implement change strategies that build employee readiness, address resistance, and drive adoption. You will create targeted communications and training, coach leaders and stakeholders, and develop a network of change champions. You will also measure employee engagement and adoption, recommend actions to close gaps, and establish practices that sustain new behaviors and lasting improvements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Adult Education, Training & Development, Organizational Development or related Business field;
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in human resources, information technology, training/development or other related roles leading change management efforts;
• Experience championing and managing projects associated with process improvement, change management initiatives training, and/or consulting related to organizational governance;
• Experience developing and presenting communications including surveys, project plans, workflows associated with change management initiatives across the organization;
• Demonstrated experience consulting and partnering with leadership across the organization to facilitate process improvement and organizational changes for successful employee acceptance;
• Change Management certification (Prosci preferred);
• Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP, etc.) preferred.

Salary Range:$90,359.47 to $ annually commensurate with experience.
