Job Overview

Home Team Luxury Rentals is a full-service short‑term rental management service dedicated to delivering high‑quality, design‑focused luxury vacation rentals across the United States. This role seeks a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portion of the company’s portfolio, working closely with the Operations Manager and managing housekeeping and maintenance vendors.

Location:

Remote within the United States and Canada. Candidates residing in the following areas will receive priority:
Gulf Shores (AL);
Oregon (coast or Bend area);
St. George & Park City (UT);
Broken Bow (OK);
Boise ();
Dallas (TX);
Sedona (AZ).

Compensation:
Base salary $60,000–$65,000 per year.

• Create, monitor, and audit maintenance work orders for completeness, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Recruit and maintain a strong network of housekeeping and maintenance vendors.
• Evaluate vendor performance and improve performance when needed.
• Review vendor billing for accuracy and approve and code invoices for accounting.
• Execute preventative maintenance programs and offer improvements where necessary.
• Assist in review monitoring and complaint resolution.
• Keep detailed records of work performed.
• Ensure all cleaning vendors perform up to Home Team standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Client retention (Retention of Home Ownership).

• 2+ years of experience in operations management or property management.
• 2+ years of managing a wide vendor network.
• Proven excellence with customer/stakeholder service.
• Experience working with Google Workspace or similar software.
• Experience with work order, ticket, or task management software.

• Ability to work flexible hours and/or extended hours as needed to accommodate client and project needs as well as team members and projects in multiple time zones.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically without restrictions up to 25% of the year. Travel expectations include local travel (not overnight) generally a day or two per week; quarterly property inspections; and occasional inspections prior to owner check‑in or maintenance sign‑off.
• Regional travel across the aforementioned locations depending on the state of residence.
• Ability to stand, flex, crouch, and lift up to 25 lbs on occasion.

Growth opportunities to client communication and revenue responsibilities, including hiring staff under your supervision. You will be supported by multiple teams (Pricing, Onboarding, Guest Communications) totaling more than 10 people, ensuring you are not silo‑ed or unsupported in this role.
