While prior experience is helpful, we are especially interested in individuals with a passion for teamwork and developing leadership skills. • Lead and manage charity events and fundraisers, ensuring smooth operation from beginning to end.
• Ensure that all event materials, signage, and equipment are well-organized and functional.
• Help organize promotional campaigns and build lasting relationships with sponsors, donors, and vendors.
• Provide direct, hands-on support during events, collaborating with staff to ensure everything runs seamlessly.
• Oversee the coordination of event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management.
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, addressing any issues and ensuring everything proceeds without disruption.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and problem-solving.
• A proactive, self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus, though not a requirement.
• A strong ability to engage with both new and existing customers, as well as collaborate with marketing teams to enhance product and service visibility.
