All American Water Restoration, Inc. is a Full-Service Company, Established in 2007. Certified Residential Contractor (CRC
1331967 since 2018). Certified Mold Remediator (MRSR
881 since 2011). We are a Drug-Free Workplace. We partner with top Insurance carriers in Florida and work with in-house designers, estimators and the mitigation department. Our projects are sold and ready to manage.

• Project Managers work in conjunction with in-house designers, estimators and the mitigation department.
• Develop overall project schedule and coordinate with necessary parties to meet time frames.
• Coordinate activities of projects to ensure cost, scheduling, complete documentation, and quality standards are met. Obtain all required project documentation.
• Create and maintain project budget and cost sheets; review and code invoices; verify costs against quotes.
• Promote positive subcontractor and vendor relations; ensure current scopes of work; complete bid comparisons and scope reviews; prepare subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain client relationships and address customer needs and interests.
• Demonstrate effective relationship building within the project team; assist with reconstruction meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of technology and strong computer skills.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure all details are addressed and documented.

• Knowledge of DASH Restoration Software or willingness to master it.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction experience. More experience may lead to higher pay.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean criminal background (no felony convictions).
