Key Responsibilities- Lead day‑to‑day on‑site activities for multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement project timelines, ensuring key milestones are met on time.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors, driving future business and supporting Weis Builders’ growth.
- Supervise and direct on‑site personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify that all work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, working closely with project managers to mitigate financial risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing regular updates and addressing challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of construction management or supervision experience, preferably in multifamily projects.
- Track record of managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects to successful completion.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience with construction management software and MS Office Suite.
- OSHA 30‑hour certification (preferred).
- Primarily on‑site, with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy materials as needed.
