• Direct day‑to‑day supervision of the project site.
• Develop and enforce the project safety plan.
• Conduct on‑site meetings with subcontractors, owners, and tradesmen.
• Maintain discipline at the job site; have authority to dismiss non‑compliant personnel.
• Coordinate material deliveries.
• Help establish and enforce a quality control plan (plans, specs, local building codes).
• Ensure proper job sequencing.
• Liaise with the owner or occupants.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and job‑site photographs.
• Monitor subcontractor progress.
• Collaborate on preparation of CPM schedules.
• Prepare a three‑week look‑ahead schedule.
• Implement schedule to meet project completion dates.
• Produce and submit requests for information.
• Resolve field conflicts.
• Supervise company field labor and wage‑per‑hour employees hired from a third party.
• Supervise subcontractor activities.
• Maintain “as‑built” drawings.
• Identify documents for potential change orders and back charges.
• Report to various work locations as assigned.

• 5–10 years of general construction experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations (preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
