We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Construction Estimator for our Hospitality division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑paced team in the Accounting + Finance industry. The candidate will play a crucial role in estimating costs for hospitality construction projects, including remodels, renovations, and ground‑up builds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, with a particular focus on hospitality settings such as hotels, resorts, and restaurants.

The candidate should be proficient in Take Offs, blueprint reading, and using Bluebeam software. This role requires a bachelor's degree in construction management, business, engineering, or an equivalent field.

• Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing plans and specifications and performing quantity take‑offs for hospitality construction projects.
• Review and interpret construction blueprints and architectural drawings.
• Utilize Bluebeam software for blueprint reading and take‑offs.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather all necessary information to produce comprehensive and accurate estimates.
• Evaluate and consider project‑specific items, including labor costs, material quantities, equipment, and special construction methods.
• Participate in pre‑bid reviews and bid strategy sessions.
• Assist in the negotiation of contracts and bid proposals.
• Provide continuous updates of estimated costs as project design, scope, and specifications change.
• Maintain a database of historical cost data for use in future estimates.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the construction industry, particularly in the hospitality sector.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator, specifically in the hospitality sector.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Take Offs and blueprint reading.
• Extensive experience with Bluebeam software.
• In‑depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and legal requirements.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards, building laws, and regulations.
