The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing multiple project sites and guiding the field managers to ensure construction projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role combines direct supervision of field operations with coaching and leadership responsibilities, ensuring that project teams follow best practices in scheduling, safety, quality, and client communication.

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory oversight role.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.

Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to job site.

Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols across all projects.

Ensure Site Superintendents conduct daily safety meetings and document compliance.

Lead investigations and corrective actions for any safety incidents.

Monitor progress across assigned projects, ensuring work is performed according to plans, specifications, and schedules.

Review and approve site schedules, manpower allocation, and equipment usage to maximize efficiency.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to confirm adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

Supervise and mentor Field Manager across multiple projects, providing guidance and accountability.

Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, policies, and procedures on all sites.

Act as the senior on-site authority for problem-solving, decision‑making, and conflict resolution.
