What You’ll Do
As the lead Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of this growing commercial GC focused on healthcare work across Central Florida. You’ll manage field operations from day one-partnering directly with the Project Manager and Assistant Super to deliver medical office buildings, small clinics, and hospital renovations. Your role is about more than just running jobs-you’re helping establish the standard for how this company builds and operates in the field.

- Manage schedules, subcontractors, quality control, and safety compliance
- Work closely with hospital and VA staff, maintaining a respectful and professional presence on-site
- Collaborate with project leadership to ensure work is completed on time and within budget
- Document daily progress using construction management tools like Procore and daily logs
- Foster and build team culture on-site as part of a foundational operations group
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with recent work in healthcare environments (MOBs, clinics, hospitals, etc.)
- Prior experience running jobs as a lead superintendent
- Comfort interacting with medical staff and maintaining strict cleanliness, safety, and sensitivity standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in field tech (Procore, daily reports, etc.)
- Steady leadership and a positive demeanor-especially when representing the company to clients, staff, and trade partners
What You’ll Gain
- $800 monthly vehicle allowance
- Group healthcare coverage
- Projects located within a 50-mile radius of Orlando-no cross-state travel
- A seat at the table in a company that’s just getting started, where your leadership will help define the field culture moving forward
- Direct connection to ownership and a clear runway for long-term growth
At Framework, we keep it simple: we connect great people with great builders. We’re not just filling seats-we’re helping construction professionals find real opportunities with companies that value what they bring to the table. Our candidates trust us because we’re honest, we follow through, and we never push roles that aren’t the right fit. We take the time to understand where you’re coming from and where you want to go.
On the flip side, our clients count on us to bring high-quality people who are the real deal-both in skill and character. They’ll tell you we just get it. We’re proud to be the kind of recruiters who do what’s right, not what’s easy, and we make sure it’s a win for everyone involved.
