Overview
Our client is a well‑established multifamily general contractor with a strong pipeline of garden‑style projects throughout Florida. They are looking for an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all field operations from start to finish, ensuring high‑quality construction, safety, and schedule performance across multiple job sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on‑site construction activities for multifamily projects from groundbreaking through completion
- Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to schedules
- Enforce safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized job site
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to resolve field issues quickly and effectively
- Review and track project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct regular site meetings and communicate progress to leadership
Qualifications
- 7+ years of multifamily construction experience with at least 3 years as a lead superintendent
- Proven background managing large garden‑style projects
- Strong understanding of scheduling, field coordination, and subcontractor management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel and lead projects across central and northern Florida
