We’re representing a top-tier drywall contractor in the Orlando area that’s looking to bring on a talented, experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager/Estimator
. This is a dual-role position where your expertise in both project execution and accurate estimating will make a real impact. If you’re ready to lead commercial drywall projects from bid to closeout, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage commercial drywall projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Prepare precise estimates, takeoffs, and bid packages
- Coordinate with GCs, architects, and field crews for smooth execution
- Track budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders
- Leverage tools like On-Screen Takeoff to streamline your workflow
- Drive team performance and ensure high-quality results
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall project management and/or estimating
- Strong proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff (required)
- Deep understanding of construction sequencing and Division 9 scope
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
