Role Description

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for site development projects.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients on project scope and schedule.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals and identify potential project risks.
- Provide recommendations to ensure project success.
- Proficiency in cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and budget development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess project risks.
- Familiarity with construction processes, sitework practices, and engineering principles.
- Experience with estimation software and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
