Director of Reconstruction

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Regional Construction Manager to oversee our construction operations across multiple sites within the region. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in construction management, financial acumen, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Profit & Loss Management:Own the regional P&L, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded through effective cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Job Conversion & Profitability:Drive job conversion rates from bids to executed projects, maximize job profitability, and implement strategies to improve project margins.
• Client Satisfaction:Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through quality delivery, communication, and problem resolution.
• Collections:Oversee project billing and collections to ensure timely cash flow and minimize receivables.
• Process Development & Enforcement:Create, implement, and continuously improve standardized processes and best practices for project delivery, safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Accountability & Leadership:Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to uphold safety, quality, and performance standards. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the region.
• Reporting & Communication:Provide regular updates on financial performance, project status, and operational metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management, with a strong track record of managing P&L and project profitability
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Ability to develop and enforce operational processes
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control
• Experienced with Insurance based renovations and repairs
• Experienced with Fire, Mold, & Water damage repairs
• Experienced with Third Party Administrators compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
