Superintendent Central Florida

Build Projects. Lead Teams. Own Your Impact.

At Williams Company, we don't just build projects-we build careers, leaders, and long-term ownership. As a 100% employee-owned company (ESOP), every project you lead contributes to your future and the future of your teammates.

We're seeking Superintendents in the Orlando market who thrive in the field, lead with confidence, and take pride in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and with strong client relationships. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to run work-not just be part of it.

What You'll Do

As a Superintendent, you are the on-site leader and face of Williams Company, driving field execution from mobilization through closeout.

  • Lead on-site construction activities, subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
  • Develop and manage short-term schedules and 3-week lookaheads
  • Coordinate trades, sequencing, logistics, and site operations to keep work moving
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or quality
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety standards and foster a culture where safety is owned by everyone
  • Lead quality control efforts, pre-installation meetings, and inspections to prevent rework
  • Hold trade partners accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and performance
  • Serve as a primary field contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and project partners
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Williams Company standards
What We're Looking For

We're looking for Superintendents who bring technical expertise, leadership presence, and an ownership mindset. You anticipate, act, and lead.

Superintendent I

  • Experience managing smaller to mid-sized commercial projects or portions of larger projects
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination
  • Ability to operate independently with support from Project Management

Superintendent II

  • Proven ability to lead moderate to high-complexity projects from start to finish
  • Advanced scheduling, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Success managing multiple trades, tight logistics, and fast-paced schedules

Senior Superintendent

  • Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex, or multi-phase projects with a high level of autonomy
  • Advanced technical expertise with the ability to anticipate risk and solve complex field challenges
  • Strong leadership presence with success mentoring and developing Superintendents and field teams

All candidates should bring strong construction and safety knowledge, professional communication, organization, urgency, accountability, and a willingness to travel based on project demands.
