Roofing Commercial Project Supervisor Temporary Position

• Bonus based on performance

Green Tek Roofing & Solar is hiring a Temporary Project Supervisor for a commercial roofing project in Orlando. You'll be our daily presence on site: owning safety, cleanliness, and work quality, documenting progress with daily photos for inspection records, and coordinating material deliveries. This role keeps our Tampa crews in Tampa - you're the supervisor this project runs through, reporting directly to the upper management.

  Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• Pay: 1099 contract, $175-$250/day depending on experience (day rate to be discussed)
• Company vehicle may be provided, gas expense included
• Start date:
  
  ASAP - project begins within the next 2 weeks
• Duration:
  Approximately 5-7 months, depending on job progress

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial project.
• Supervise and coordinate with tear off roofing crews, tile installation crews, and on-site personnel
• Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations (OSHA compliance)
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and material deliveries to keep job on track
• Conduct quality control site inspections and identify issues related to roofing systems and get them corrected directly with crewli>
• Communicate project updates, progress reports, and any issues to management
• Enforce jobsite safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• 3+ years roofing experience (tile experience strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation to the Orlando jobsite daily
• Smartphone for photos and reporting
• Bilingual English/Spanish a strong plus
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and fall protection requirements
• Proven ability to manage crews and multiple concurrent tasks on-site
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and physically demanding environments in the Florida climate
