We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Permanent Project Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment in the Construction industry, where you will be involved in managing multiple projects and ensuring the highest quality of work. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects, ensuring plans adhere to contract specifications.

Responsibilities

Assisting the Project Manager in the planning, management, and execution of construction projects.

Reviewing and interpreting project plans, blueprints, and other written or verbal instructions.

Coordinating with the project team and subcontractors to ensure all technical aspects of the project are accurately executed.

Utilizing Procore for project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication.

Conducting quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.

Preparing and submitting project reports, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Ensuring all safety and compliance measures are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborating with the team to develop and implement project strategies and optimize productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in the Construction industry.

Proficient in Procore or equivalent project management software.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with project management and team coordination.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

A valid driver’s license may be required depending on project needs.
