Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year

This role is instrumental in leading, managing, and coordinating all phases of construction projects from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment on a variety of challenging projects and to play a key role in shaping the built environment.

• 1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, including project planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout.
• 2. Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
• 3. Developing and implementing project schedules and budgets, and monitoring progress to ensure objectives are met.
• 4. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, and ensuring they understand and adhere to job site safety standards.
• 5. Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and resolving any emerging issues.
• 6. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• 7. Conducting regular safety inspections and meetings, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on safety management.
• 2. A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 3. Proven experience in managing all phases of construction projects, from conception to completion.
• 4. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• 5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• 6. Proficiency in construction management software.
• 7. In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and procedures.
• 8. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 10. Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to influence a positive safety culture.
• 11. Valid certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training or similar is a plus.
