As we continue to grow, we're looking for a seasoned Graphics Project Manager to help bring our clients’ visions to life!
About the Role:
Color Craft is looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Graphics Project Manager to lead the coordination, production, and delivery of graphics for custom trade show exhibits. This position plays a central role in ensuring graphic elements are accurate, on brand, and delivered on time and within budget, working closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to make it happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
- Manage multiple graphics projects simultaneously from initial planning through final delivery.
- Develop and maintain timelines, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
- Proactively communicate project status, production issues, and shipping details with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Utilize tools like Outlook and shared calendars to organize and track progress.
- Partner with Graphic Designers, Account Managers, and Sales to ensure all client artwork and specifications are met.
- Provide creative input when needed and help interpret client direction into production-ready output.
- Ensure vendors adhere to Color Craft specifications, including color standards, finishing requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Collaborate with Estimating department to confirm budgets prior to production.
- Align with Production Manager to review daily schedules and prioritize accordingly.
Graphics Production Management
- Prepare and review art proofs to ensure accuracy and compatibility with substrates and materials.
- Oversee relationships with print vendors to ensure quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
- Manage installations, ensuring graphics are correctly applied and documented.
- Maintain organized file structures on the internal server and provide layouts, proofs, and installation instructions as needed.
- Support internal labor teams and external installers with detailed graphic documentation and troubleshooting when required.
- Confirm all graphics are completed and accounted for no later than two days prior to shipping.
Qualifications:
- Experience in graphics production for trade show/event applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with strict timelines.
- Understanding of large-format printing, substrates, and installation methods.
- Familiarity with Outlook, file management systems, and design file formats
