Senior Designer, Global UXUI Experience Design (1.5 yr assignment)
Join the Global UXUI Experience Design team at Universal Orlando Resort as a key member focused on enhancing customer engagement through elegant, seamless design experiences. The role involves end-to-end design from conception to execution, collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
Major Responsibilities- Lead the holistic view of product integration, ensuring a superior, seamless experience across customer and technical touchpoints.
- Synthesize product design and consumer trends to recommend clear, specific solutions using a Global Design System.
- Work closely with business, design, product, and IT leaders as a point of contact for specific design initiatives.
- Lead content design functions, collaborating with partners to understand needs and implement solutions.
- Participate in EHS responsibilities by following established policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human Centered Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, rewards/engagement, and loyalty programs with data‑driven product development teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX, visual and interaction design excellence, brand creation.
- End‑to‑end digital product design in consumer tech.
- Strong brand, visual, and interaction design skills.
- Experience with research, prototyping, testing, evaluation.
- Typography, layout, composition, color theory, iconography, motion design, branding.
- Creating UI toolkits, style guides, front‑end frameworks.
- Leading cross‑functional reward, loyalty, and customer community projects.
- Cross‑channel experiences in growth marketing.
- User‑centric design methodology.
- Marketing knowledge such as attribution, CLV, personalization.
- Agile transformation experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Abstract.
