Position: Manager, Creative Experiences

Director, Events and Experiences at Halo Event Collective

Halo is a next‑generation collective for meetings, events, and experiences, and we’re growing with intention.

We blend strategy, creativity, and execution to design experiences that feel effortless, immersive, and deeply human.

We’re looking for a Manager, Creative Experiences to help shape the creative vision behind our client programs and ensure every idea is thoughtful, cohesive, and executable.

This role is for a creative leader who understands how storytelling, design, and guest journey come together and who knows how to collaborate closely with sales, operations, and production to bring ideas to life.

How You’ll Make an Impact

As Manager, Creative Experiences, you’ll be responsible for designing events and experiences from concept through execution.

You translate client goals into creative, well‑structured programs that balance inspiration with feasibility.

From early ideation and proposal development to budgeting, sourcing, and onsite execution, you help ensure every experience is cohesive, intentional, and delivered at a high standard.

You are a creative partner to both business development and operations, grounding ideas in budget, scope, and production realities while elevating the overall guest journey.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Design complete event and experience concepts, including guest journey, flow, and creative details
  • Develop budgets, scopes of work, and creative frameworks that align vision with financial and operational parameters
  • Support proposal and pitch development with strong storytelling, visuals, and structure
  • Build and refine client‑facing materials using PowerPoint, Canva, and related creative tools
  • Apply working knowledge of production, logistics, and onsite execution to ensure concepts are realistic and deliverable
  • Partner closely with operations and production teams throughout planning and execution
  • Provide onsite creative support and oversight as needed to ensure creative intent is realized
  • Maintain consistency with Halo’s brand, voice, and quality standards
