Video Editor & Digital Designer – Paid Social Ads | Orlando, FL

Chatter Buzz Media is looking for a talented, innovative, and results-driven Video Editor & Digital Designer to join our creative team in Orlando!

We're not looking for just another graphic designer. We're looking for a creative professional who can produce scroll-stopping video advertisements, compelling motion graphics, and high-impact digital content that captures attention and drives conversions.

• Video Advertising:
  Edit and produce engaging short-form video ads for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Tik Tok, You Tube, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Creative Storytelling:
  Develop strong video hooks, compelling narratives, dynamic transitions, and persuasive calls to action.
• Motion Graphics:
  Create animated typography, visual effects, and motion graphics that enhance advertising performance.
• Digital Design:
  Design high-impact static ads, social media graphics, carousels, and other digital marketing assets.
• Creative Testing:
  Produce multiple video and graphic variations for A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Video Production:
  Assist with on-site content creation, filming, basic lighting, camera operation, and capturing original footage for advertising campaigns.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner with our paid media, creative, and marketing strategy teams to develop engaging advertising concepts.
• Innovation:
  Explore emerging creative trends, advertising formats, and AI-powered design and video production tools.

• Must currently be based in Orlando, Florida, and available to work full-time, on-site.
• Professional experience in video editing and digital graphic design, with a strong emphasis on paid social media advertising.
• A strong portfolio featuring at least three video advertisements you've personally edited or produced, along with examples of digital design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or comparable professional tools.
• Experience creating short-form advertising content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, Tik Tok, and You Tube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of advertising hooks, video pacing, storytelling, audience engagement, and conversion-focused creative.
• Ability to resize, repurpose, and optimize creative assets for different digital platforms.
• Familiarity with video production fundamentals, including filming, lighting, framing, and audio.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple creative projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude.

• If You Have Previous experience working with a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Experience producing UGC-style ads, product demonstrations, testimonials, and direct-response video campaigns.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Experience with Meta Ads creative testing and campaign optimization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging video production technologies.
