I opened my agency in 2003 after beginning my career in State Farm claims, and over the years we’ve grown into a strong team of 23. State Farm has become a true family business for us — both of my daughters now work alongside me in the agency. • Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
