The world of work is changing—short commutes, flexibility, and convenience are the minimum standards employees want when it comes to how they want to work!
At IWG, we are leading the way. We've built the world's largest workspace network so that our customers can work from wherever they want, across over 120 countries worldwide!
Join us and help bring more freedom to people and businesses while expanding our network. You'll enjoy a great work‑life balance and competitive benefits while advancing your career.
The opportunityAs a Community Associate, you'll work closely with new and existing customers across a variety of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center and handling all administrative and support needs so your customers can focus on running their business.
A typical day at IWGYou arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that the cleaners have completed all tasks.
Throughout the morning, customers arrive with requests: a Wi‑Fi code change, a package inquiry, directions to a meeting room, projector setup, and service queries. You handle each request, ensuring services are charged and invoices are accurate.
After a short coffee break, you sort mail, respond to previous customer inquiries, and tackle additional support tasks during lunch.
In the afternoon you assist with printing, invoicing, and open service tickets for hotter rooms. Another short break follows.
Later, you collaborate with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event: write e‑invites, create and display posters on noticeboards, and recruit prospects during the event. You then close the day by guiding a meeting group to a nearby restaurant and tidying the space.
