I opened my agency in 2003 after beginning my career in State Farm claims, and over the years we’ve grown into a strong team of 23. State Farm has become a true family business for us — both of my daughters now work alongside me in the agency. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tony Lopez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

Compensation $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
