The role supports the Hospitality Solutions business, now owned by TPG Capital. Your main responsibility is to provide a high‑quality experience to guests and travel agents by taking inbound calls for a dedicated set of hotels.

• Assist guests and travel agents with their vacation needs via inbound calls.
• Provide recommendations on suitable options while confirming reservations at our collection of internationally distinguished hotels.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to resort amenities, services, and policies.
• Aid guests with special requests for their stay such as dinner reservations, airport transfers, city tours, etc.

• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to work Saturdays and/or Sundays (increased pay rate for afternoon shifts).
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

This position pays a base of $15.00 per hour, with an increased pay rate for afternoon and evening shifts and great bonus potential.
