Expresses an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude. Provides information to Owner/guests about available recreational facilities, activities, lessons, and equipment. Encourages and recruits Owner/guests to participate in recreation activities. Registers and schedules Owner/guests for activities by recording information using the appropriate methods. Processes payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including complete weekend and holiday availability.
Must have great customer service skills – all our positions come into contact with guests.
Outgoing and excitable individuals that are comfortable speaking to large crowds over the microphone. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
