The Guest Satisfaction Coordinator serves as the central communication and coordination hub for all guest-related service requests and internal department needs. This role enhances the guest experience by responding to inquiries (via internal/external calls, text messages, etc.), ensuring all requests are fulfilled by the appropriate departments while following Operation Compliance standards, and proactively following up to confirm satisfaction. The coordinator also plays a key role in daily operational readiness by communicating the plans for the day, including team assignments, suite status updates, and expediting urgent matters across departments.
