The pay rate for this full time position is $16/hour plus benefits. The Guest Satisfaction Coordinator serves as the central communication and coordination hub for all guest‑related service requests and internal department needs. This role is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by responding to guest inquiries (via internal/external calls, text messages, etc.), ensuring all requests are fulfilled by the appropriate departments while following Operation Compliance standards, and proactively following up to confirm satisfaction.

The coordinator also plays a key role in daily operational readiness by communicating the plans for the day including team assignments, suite status updates, and the expediting of urgent matters across departments.
