Responsibilities

• Promote the booking of eligible onsite guests to attend the HGV presentation or sell a vacation package to HGV resort.
• Respond to guests in a timely manner and represent HGV’s Cultural Values while demonstrating Customer Services based on HGV Values.
• Carry out all reasonable requests by management that the team member is capable of performing.
• Distribute approved promotional information and incentives to guests that meet tour site qualifications determined by the marketing managers.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and enter disposition in CRM tool (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce) for each customer contact and tour.
• Provide location-related guest service to resort guests and visitors, including directing guests to responsible resort services for specific assistance or information.
• Maintain established Minimum Performance Standard on a monthly basis.
• Review production reports and advise MOD in writing of any challenges within the month the tour shows or package is sold.
• Contact all guests through onsite call campaigns through company CRM systems.
• Provide information to Fulfillment Department to accurately assist with offering the guest the ability to be pre-gifted as a service prior to tour.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to work varying hours and shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• 1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales/marketing experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and guest relations skills.
• Must be highly driven and a self-starter.
• Detailed understanding of local area.

• BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree.
