Job SummaryWe are looking for a Passionate Passenger Service Agent to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our worldwide locations. The role involves reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, gate check‑in, and customer assistance, including handling VIPs and special‑needs passengers.
Pay rate: $16.50 per hour.
Your Activities- Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
- Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by flight interruptions or cancellations.
- Manage passenger baggage processing, including handling and fee calculation if applicable.
- Assist passengers through arrival and check‑in processes, providing support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance.
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
- Make public‑address announcements when necessary.
- Assist Ramp Service Agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate‑checked bags, ensuring proper loading and delivery.
- Comply with all federal, state, municipal, airport authority, and carrier security requirements, as well as Swissport SOPs and policies.
- Operate equipment including the jet‑way, computer keyboards, and carrier‑specific reservation/ticketing software.
- Produce all required work‑related documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GEDอังกฤษ.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Passionate about customer service with relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills in the country‑specific language.
- Fluent PAL Spanish.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Attentive to detail and numerate.
- Ability to follow processes and procedures and apply a flexible approach when required.
- Must be able to type and learn airline‑specific reservation/ticketing software.
- Willingness to work in inclement weather.
- Minimum of 5 years US legal residency (green card or citizenship).
