Cabana Service Ambassador; Discovery Cove

we're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our ambassadors.

• greet guests and provide park information to our visitors
• perform guest check-in/check-out functions
• perform guest bag checks
• provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests
• provide transportation to and from seaworld for guests in company vehicle
• size male/female guests to ensure proper fitting of swim gear
• prepare swim bags for children and adult guests
• maintaining private cabanas in both service and cleanliness
• assist with vip coordination/special events
• quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service
• distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities
• maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping
• conduct guest surveys
• maintain a safe work environment
• perform other duties as assigned

• previous experience in a customer service role
• a working knowledge of all microsoft office applications
• excellent english language written and verbal communication skills
• excellent guest service skills
• excellent cash handling skills
• able to stand for long periods of time
• able to walk in sand
• able to lift 40 pounds
• able to push/pull 50 pounds
• able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
• available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend full day
• possession of a valid state driver’s license preferred
• experience in discovery cove operations department preferred
• bilingual preferred (portuguese a plus)
