Tinker Field – Brand Ambassador – Special Events

Raise is looking for a customer service-oriented individual to represent Lyft as a Brand Ambassador at the Tinker Field in Orlando.

Pay Rates:

Brand Ambassador: $22.00/hour (Flat rate, non-negotiable)

Work Location:

Orlando, FL

Shift Schedule (All Staff):

You will be responsible for being on-site at the Tinker Field during the following times:

• Friday, November 6, 2026: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• Saturday, November 7, 2026: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM
• Sunday, November 8, 2026: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Job Summary:

Your role will be focused on representing the Lyft brand, guiding riders to the events and pickup location, signing up new riders, and providing any feedback to the Lyft team on rider sentiment.

This position is employed by Raise and assigned to Lyft on a contract basis. The selected candidate will be an employee of Raise, not Lyft, for all employment purposes.

  • Direct riders to the event and designated pickup location(s)
  • Promoting downloading the Lyft app for new customers
  • Encouraging attendees to visit the Lyft Lounge and use the provided charging stations (when available)
  • Handing out free hydration products that will be provided at the Lyft Lounge (when available)
  • Offer basic tech support to riders including:
    • Downloading the app
    • Restarting the app
    • Guiding them to the 'Help' button for additional concern
  • Interacting with riders and drivers who may be in cars
  • Assist with traffic flow management during peak egress periods, helping to direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure safe and efficient rider pickups
  • De-escalate and diffuse tense situations while keeping a cool head for any unexpected interactions

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• An understanding of the ride sharing industry generally and Lyft specifically
• Accountable self-starter with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptable to fluid environments
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, especially evenings and weekends
