We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Account Representative to support client relationships and account management activities. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account-related inquiries and service requests.

• Monitor account activity and ensure customer information remains up to date.
• Follow up with customers regarding account needs and service experiences.
• Resolve routine account concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve account management objectives.
• Participate in training and professional development programs.
