We’re looking for a full‑time Expanded Functions Dental Assistant Team Lead in Orlando, FL and surrounding areas to help provide dental care to underserved children. Our mobile in‑school program offers a workday that ends with the school day and no nights or weekends, ideal for working parents and anyone who wants to make a difference.

• FL Licensed EFDA
• FL Licensed Radiology
• Experience with sealants and polishing
• Organized, reliable, multi‑tasking ability
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications
• Must meet state requirements to operate X‑rays
• BLS certification card
• Minimum of 1 year as a Dental Assistant
• Digital X‑ray imaging experience
• Valid driver’s license; willing to travel to schools in neighboring counties
• Works well with children
• Team player; able to work on a small team
• Bilingual preferred

• Expanded Function Dental Assisting Services during mobile dental clinics
• Digital X‑ray imaging
• Sealant placement
• Coronal polishing
• Patient records charting
• Equipment set‑up, breakdown, and sterilization assistance
• Daily travel to and from school sites

• Drive company vehicle
• At least 21 years old
• Willing to travel daily
• Ability to meet deadlines and arrive on‑time each day
• Reliable, organized, punctual
• Computer skills – Microsoft Office applications
• Great people skills – communication with adults & children
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record
• Order supplies, sterilize instruments, spore testing
• Responsible for back‑office duties
• Maintain van & equipment in good condition

• Evenings, weekends, and summers off; school‑day schedule (approx. 8:00 A.M.–3:00 P.M.)
