• Lead the planning, budgeting, and development of design projects.
• Meet clients to discuss ideas, materials, and scope of work.
• Design and create renderings for remodels and insurance restoration projects.
• Coordinate with vendors (cabinets, countertops, fixtures) and manage product selections.
• Visit job sites to measure, verify details, and ensure designs match project needs.
• Review estimates, renderings, and deliveries for accuracy and completeness.

• 3+ years of experience in construction, remodeling, or design.
• Proficiency with Chief Architect (or similar 3D design software).
• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and materials selection.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Xactimate knowledge or certification is a plus.
• Clean background and valid driver’s license.

• Have experience working in insurance restoration or residential remodeling.
• Enjoy both the creative and technical sides of design.
• Are self‑motivated and thrive in an environment where every day is different.

Please Note: This is not a remote position. The role requires you to be in‑office at the start and end of each day, with site visits throughout.
