Key Responsibilities Design & InnovationDevelop and refine creative landscape designs that meet client visions and project specifications.
Utilize industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch Up) to produce detailed plans and compelling renderings.
Present design concepts confidently to clients, adapting proposals based on emerging trends and materials.
Drive new business development while nurturing existing client relationships to generate repeat opportunities and referrals.
Create tailored proposals and pricing strategies that align with project scopes and client budgets.
Collaborate with marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and lead generation.
Oversee project execution to ensure alignment with design specifications, timelines, and budgets.
Manage production teams, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and high-quality outcomes.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational and project management practices.
A minimum of 10 years experience in residential design/build environments.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution (preferred).
Demonstrated success in high-end residential landscaping design and sales.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, and Sketch Up is essential.
A strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated landscape and hardscape projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to articulate creative concepts to clients and team members.
