Mgr, User Experience Design

At Disney Experiences Technology (DXT), our team creates world‑class immersive digital experiences for Disney’s premier vacation brands, including the Parks & Resorts, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, Disney’s Resorts & Spas, and Disney Vacation Club. We are responsible for end‑to‑end digital and physical guest experiences across attractions, food & beverage, resorts, transportation, and merchandise, as well as initiatives such as My Disney Experience  and Hey, Disney!

This role sits in the Product Design & Creative organization within DXT. The Manager, User Experience Design works closely with CAST‑facing services and experiences teams across DXT and reports to the Senior Manager, User Experience Design.

• Lead team members in the practice of design, providing craft and career mentorship at all stages—concept sketches, wireframes, compositions, prototypes, digital art, and design specifications.
• Oversee resource allocations, ensure accurate billing, and contribute to forecasting to maintain financial integrity.
• Estimate and plan across the organization, voicing recommendations and solutions from a technical perspective to deliver on‑time and within scope.
• Track and assess design trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Identify and resolve team and project issues, exercising sound judgment and coaching to resolve problems internally and with partners.
• Cultivate strong relationships with team members and cross‑functional partners to drive strategy, collaboration, and innovation.

• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
