Grower:
Job Description

We are looking for a Horticulture Grower to provide the general upkeep of a 20-acre greenhouse in Mt Dora, FL.

Specific Accountabilities:

• Be familiar with growing foliage - basic irrigation and fertilization requirements
• Basic knowledge of irrigation clocks, spray equipment, and greenhouse heating and cooling systems
• Basic knowledge on scouting for insects and diseases
• Ability to count and keep accurate inventory
• Basic housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe working environment
• Possess passion for what you do and be a team player

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Ability to serve as a role model and uphold the Live Trends Vision, Mission, and Values
• Passion for design, fashion, and home décor are a big plus
• Creativity and solution-driven way of thinking
• Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture
• Work towards obtaining Restricted Florida Pesticide
