Architectural Designer

CPH is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Architecture firm that ranks in the nation’s Top 500 Design Firms by ENR Magazine. We are seeking an Architectural Designer to join our dynamic Quick Service Retail team in Orlando, FL
.
Department: Architecture
Location: Orlando, FL

• Prepare accurate architectural presentations, design, and construction documents using REVIT.
• Collaborate and coordinate with the project team, including architects, designers, consultants, and clients, to ensure cohesive design integration.
• Research and interpret relevant codes and client requirements to inform design decisions.
• Implement and utilize established REVIT standards, families, and templates to maintain consistency and quality.
• Prepare specifications and review shop drawings for compliance and accuracy.
• Conduct periodic travel for building investigations, measurements, and construction observation, including the preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits.
• Assist in compiling construction plans from all disciplines for submittal to agencies with jurisdiction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience with retail, restaurant, or commercial projects
• Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch Up and Adobe Suite
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software platforms
• Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
