Senior Landscape Architect – GAI Consultants, Inc.

GAI’s Community Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with 6–8 years of experience based in Orlando. The role involves planning and designing community facilities and places, collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative, sustainable designs that promote community health, resilience, and equity.

• Lead the design process and produce conceptual design and construction documents for landscape architectural projects.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate project activities.
• Create project graphics in plan, section, and 3‑D / perspective views.
• Conduct site design, inventory, and analysis.
• Participate in teams and project meetings.
• Support bidding, respond to RFIs, and provide construction phase services.
• Collaborate with the team across a broad range of project types.
• Travel within Florida as required (up to 15%).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university program.
• Licensed Landscape Architect in the State of Florida.
• Experience with free‑hand sketches, digital rendering, master site planning, and detailed site design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, and Lumion.
• Knowledge of landscape construction design.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• FDOT experience is a plus, but not required.
