Job Highlights

• Compensation: $600,000+ (including $540K base salary, full benefits, $50K sign‑on bonus, and incentive pay for extra call)
• Peds‑Only Focus:
  Primary role dedicated to pediatric patients

  Option to care for adult cases for extra compensation, if desired

  Pediatric cardiac and liver transplant experience is a plus and compensated additionally
• Vacation: 10 weeks per year
• CME Allowance: $2,500

• All USAP Anesthesiologists must be either an M.D. or D.O. with completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program.
• Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology.
• Anesthesiologist must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the hospitals they will have privileges.
