- MD/DO
- 1–2 years of MFM experience preferred
- Current valid license or ability to obtain a medical license to practice medicine in Florida
- Current DEA certificate or ability to obtain
- Board eligibility in OB/GYN (ABOG, AOBOG) is required; board certification required within 5 years of initial eligibility, ongoing employment contingent upon this
- Current BLS required
