Advent Health Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified Electrophysiologist to lead and grow a new EP service at Advent Health Heart of Florida —in one of the fastest-growing communities in the U.S. This is a mission-driven, team-first environment with full system support and strong market demand.

• Program ownership: Medical Director, Electrophysiology — shape strategy, workflows, and growth.
• Modern infrastructure:
  Three (3) recently remodeled cath labs , new onsite practice, and dedicated device clinic .
• Access & demand: Established referral base (40+ employed physicians) and a rapidly expanding population.
• True EP job:
  No general cardiology hospital call.
• Smart tools & support:
  DAX AI scribe (no cost to physician) and dedicated APP coverage (clinic + hospital rounding).

• Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease & Electrophysiology
• 5+ years’ experience
