Internal Medicine Physician

Location: Multiple inpatient rehabilitation facilities (floating role)
Schedule Options:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts
• 4 x 10-hour shifts
• 7 on / 7 off

Overview:
We are seeking a young, energetic Internal Medicine physician with a strong personality and a passion for patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in inpatient rehab or a strong desire to work in this environment. This role involves floating between facilities, providing comprehensive medical oversight for patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate care for patients in inpatient rehab facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Experience in inpatient rehab preferred (or strong interest in this setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules across multiple facilities.
