Thoracic
Surgeon to do thoracic Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP) andthoracicorgan procurementin central Florida.
The ideal candidate will have experience with thoracic transplantation, organpreservationand procurement, and NRP. Equally important are the leadership and people skills to work in a group setting, be collaborative, listen and integrate feedback from others, and to manage different teams and stakeholders in the procurement process.
Integration Health provides NRP, Cardiovascular Perfusion, and ECMO Services to>70 facilities in 24 states.

January 1,2026,or sooner
Schedule :
Call is21 days/monthwhich can be broken into twoblocks;remaining time isvacation time(16 weeksa year).Currentvolume is 5-8 NRP/Procurement cases a month, but this may increase over time.
The responsetime to the facility is two hours.
Qualifications :
Mustbe
ABTS Certified (or foreign equivalent) and eligible for Florida licensure.
Musthave experience with thoracic NRP, cardiovascular perfusion, organ preservation, and thoracic organ procurement.

Integration Health provides Professional Liability insurance while engaged in duties associated with the company.
